Appointment & Cancellation Policy

You can easily book your appointments online on our website, or over-the-phone by calling 604-553-7000
You can also book your follow-up appointments onsite if that is more convenient for you.

We require a 24-hours cancellation notice for any appointments. You can cancel your appointment online at any time, or by calling us at 604-553-7000 or emailing at rehab@neurologikclinic.com.
If we do not receive your cancellation notice within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged for 50% of your appointment with the credit card we have on file.
If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your appointment with the credit card we have on file.
We understand that plans change and we recommend that you cancel ahead of time to avoid charges and to also allow appointment times for other patients.

As a new patient, you will have a 45-50 minute initial assessment with our team members. Follow-up appointments can vary from 25-50 minutes depending on the severity of your injury and symptoms. These will be guided by your practitioner’s recommendations and also what works with your schedule.

We recommend all of our patients to come to the clinic with clothes and shoes that they can comfortably move in. You are also welcome to bring clothes to your appointment, and we have washroom facilities readily available for you to change in.

We recommend that you bring a bottle of water, as needed.
Billing, Payments, Insurance, Referrals

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Debit Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

If they are an approved partner of us, we can directly bill your insurance provider on your behalf. Please note that depending on your coverage, there might be nominal co-pay fees which we will charge to your credit card after your appointment.

Since we are a brand-new clinic, we do not have the capabilities to treat patients who would like to be covered under their ICBC claim.
We can notify you when this changes, and you can email us at rehab@neurologikclinic.com to be placed on our notification list.

Depending on your case, we will look into your file and can directly bill to these organizations where it’s appropriate.

We do not need a referral for any of our rehabilitation services with our Allied Healthcare Practitioners. However, if you wish for your treatments to be covered by extended health, they may require that you receive a referral to get your treatments covered.
If you wish to see Neurologik’s Medical Specialists, we do need a referral from a Family Physician. Please visit www.neurologikclinic.com for referral forms and more information.
